Are you passionate about health, good flavour, and love engaging with customers? We are looking for a Farmers Market Associate to join our team and help sell our delicious and flavorful berry products at local markets. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining an attractive booth, engaging with customers to promote and sell our products, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality and willing to learn and share about haskap berries. Join us in bringing the Hasberry goodness to the Vancouver area markets and sharing our love for BC’s superberry with the community!

Job Type: Part-time, seasonal

Pay: $22 – $28 per hour

Expected season: June through Oct

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week

Expected days: Sundays (Mt Pleasant), Wednesday afternoons (Downtown), Thursday afternoon/evenings (False Creek)

Required: Vehicle to transport required items to markets as well as some storage space for items when not in use. Booth tent and supplies are provided.

Physical Demands: Capacity to lift and carry 25-30 lbs; ability to raise market tent, frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
